“I have been staying in this condo for several years and for me it is the perfect vacation spot. Danka and Chris go out of their way to make everything perfect. The ocean view and sunsets are what I think of and the balcony is perfect for both. The condo is upgraded with new cabinets, new marble counters and a new bed - they do something every year to enhance the vacation spot. The internet was just improved with very fast service and a strong router so on a bad weather day I watched movies on Netflix. A stand out feature to the end of October is free beach service which is worth 25.00 per day at any other resort. I walk a lot and the boardwalk is perfect running near the ocean and an ideal walking track. All that said, it comes down to the owners. I have been going to the gulf area since I was 19 and I am now 66 and these owners are the very best people I have ever rented from and they quickly become friends. Other places might match the quality of the condo but it will be very hard for them to match the quality of the owners. ”

“I was apprehensive of reserving a property online. So many times the pictures & description are a bit misleading. That was NOT the case with this property. It was clean, well stocked & instructions were very detailed. We had zero problems during our stay. Communication with the owners prior to our stay was easy with quick responses every single time. I would recommend anyone staying to familiarize themselves with the complex amenities because it will make those trips to the bathroom from the beach much easier! The weather was great and as always the beach was beautiful. Like most everyone, we just needed more than 1 week!”

“The perfect spot for a relaxing October getaway! The condo itself was beautiful and very well-kept, with lovely furniture, a large TV, boogie boards and beach toys for renters to use, and plenty of cooking supplies in the kitchen. The beach chair and umbrella service at the condo was fabulous, the two (!) pools are well located and very relaxing, and the wi-fi in the condo was nice and fast for the time I had to spend indoors sunburned! There is also a desktop computer in the condo for those of you not addicted to your laptops like I am. :) The check-in & check-out process was VERY simple - Danka was just awesome to work with and made getting into and out of the condo the easiest it can be. The whole experience was just like staying at a friend’s beach house, and I would absolutely return.

“We had a wonderful vacation at Maravilla #2213.... just what the doctor ordered.. As my husband awaits knee surgery this was just a short get away to relax and rest. We could not have found a better location..The condo was beautiful and wonderfully decoration in excellent taste. .... great location near shopping mall and restaurants .... the most beautiful view of the ocean, a dream come true. I’m very careful “where I stay” and my requirements are very high concerning cleanliness and safety and this condo passed with “flying colors”. “My wife and I just had our third annual weeks stay (already booked a week for 2015) in this gorgeous condo. The owners are GREAT to deal with. The unit faces the beach and overlooks the ocean — GREAT again. King size bed sleeps like a dream. Actually the whole week was relaxing in this condo as we could catch the sun for a few hours then walk across the street to a cool condo and enjoy the views from the patio. We shopped at the Silver Sands Outlets just a short distance away and enjoyed seafood at several restaurants which were also close by. Did I mention earlier about the FREE use of a beach setup of one umbrella and two beach chairs? As we say in Alabama “ya’ll come and stay a spell” — just don’t get my week lol. “First vacation in 14 years and it was wonderful. The condo was in a great location, looks just like the pictures and everyone that I met there was very nice. Easy to navigate Destin from this location and having the beach across the street was fabulous. The gentlemen that set up the umbrellas and chairs on the beach were very nice. The condo was as advertised and I did cook seafood from a local seafood market. I did not choose to eat out as I was by myself, but they do have some restaurants close by. The owners of this condo go above and beyond. I cannot say enough about how good a time I had and I did get a lot of rest and that is exactly why I went. Now that I am home, all I want to do is go back because I know that these owners truly care about their property and want to make sure your stay is as advertised. Thank you so much, was just what I wanted and needed and I will be a returning vacationer, just a whole lot sooner than later. Many thanks!”

Right by the pool and a perfect view of the ocean! Wonderful walks on the beach. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony, enjoying the breeze, having a drink and watching the ocean. A tropical storm was building up out in the gulf. We loved watching the huge waves. Hope we can come here again. ”
